Weber County Government, April 2002 – Dec 2004

Created, maintained, developed all aspects of web-related functions for Weber County Government's

web sites and related online programs. Worked with various departments and Elected Officials within

the County to assist in formulating and executing plans for their online presence and development of

database-driven applications. Responded to messages and requests from the public. Trained County

Employees in the use of MS-Frontpage to allow self-updating of some parts of the site. Major projects

include Online Abstract of Title Search (subscription service which features searching and viewing of

documents managed by the County Recorder's Office), Data Entry Portal for Sheriff's Emergency

management System, and searchable County Ordinance site. Created a unified design and navigation for

County's web site, as well as making corrections in existing directory structure and security on IIS Server.
